SQL server migration

Hi,

We have SCOM R2 on one server and SQL 2005 on another one with the
operations, datawarehouse and reporting databases.

Now we need to migrate all the databases to a brand new server with SQL
2008. I've been looking for information about this operation and I found the
following procedure: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd789004.aspx
However, this only relates to an update to SQL 2008 of the same old SQL 2005
server.

I would need additional information about moving the SCOM R2 databases to
another updated SQL server.

I wonder if this procedures can be used to move the databases from a SQL
