Hallo!

I have a general question concerning SCOM design:

we have 2 Domains (each an own forest): domain1 and domain2
domain1 trusts domain2 but not vice versa

we do not want to use a gateway server. where has the RMS to be placed?

I cant find an answer in the design guides. it is mentioned that a trust has
to be estabilished between the two domains, but the direction is not
clearified.

please help
thank you

The trust betwen the two domains must support kerberos, if it is NTLM it wont
work, and i think it must be a 2 way trust

Thank you.
Can anyone confirm that a 2-way trust is needed?
